We have had another cobbing day and managed 3 loads. Paula came to help and we had a sausage sizzle. There were campers around enjoying the garden and especially the pond where the frogs were quite active.
This is Matteo helping out. He is staying in the shepherd`s hut with his family.
They are having a barbeque tonight.
Matteo loved the pond and watching the frogs.
Hollie`s friend Chris couldn`t wait to get into the mud but we couldn`t persuade her to pick any up.
We were glad for lunchtime and a welcome rest.
I got some lettuces in the raised bed replacing the ones that were eaten by slugs.
Steve planted runner beans.
The first poppy was out.
Steve also got the courgettes in.
This allium looks like an exploding firework.
Our first poppies have unfurled as well. This photo was taken in the morning
and it is possible to see the creases in the petals.

At home we had a short rest and then it was more planting.
I managed to get seven trays of bedding in. Just 96 to go!!!
